I cannot recommend Mary Ann more highly! She is a great realtor for anyone. My husband and I were first time home buyers, buying from out of state, and she seriously went above and beyond to make it go smoothly. She found us a house that was a perfect fit, answered all of our many questions in a way that we could understand, and even helped us with work that needed to be done on the house before we moved in. We really appreciated having such a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor by our side.

She is the best you can get. She was sick with a fever and still put a bid on a house we wanted to put in for. My wife and I got the house of our dreams with her help and we weren't the easiest customers since we wanted a home on the bench area which you really have to hit and get to buy a home in this area.
